While At Sue's

Sue’s Cuts and Perms is dedicated to the safety and well-being to all stylists and clients.

Please arrive through the back parking lot entrance only.

We will be providing services by appointment and call ahead walk-ins.

Once you have parked in the parking lot, please call to check in and let Sue or Stacy know you are here for a walk-in.
You will be placed on the waiting list. Please provide your name and phone number
Once they are ready for you to come in they will call you back and let you know to come to the back door
There is No Waiting Room and we ask for you to remain in your car until you are called upon.

Appointments will be spaced out appropriately to allow time for us to thoroughly wipe down all surfaces, chairs and tools in preparation for the next client.

Please follow the below procedures when arriving for your appointment

We kindly ask that all guests must wear a well-fitting mask during your visit.
There are no guests allowed to come with you to your appointment.
There will be NO use of the counter space for customer belongings and all of your belongings will be placed in your lap. It is strongly encouraged that you enter the salon with your keys, form of payment and drives license.
All guest are to enter the parking lot entrance.
Please be prompt and let us know when you arrive, there is no "waiting room" currently.
Be prepared for a general screening, including temperature check.
If you have been sick at all, please call to reschedule.
You are required to wear a mask at all times while at the Salon.
Masks will not be provided for you and we will be turning away clients who fail to wear a mask for their appointment.

We sanitize all stations prior to your each clients arrival.

Drapes, combs, brushes and scissors are not reused. Each individual gets a new set for their own appointment.

All used combs, brushes, towels, scissors etc, go through an extensive sanitizing process overnight for the start of the next day

We kindly remind everyone that wearing a mask the whole time while at your appointment is mandatory and not optional. We will not perform services on individuals that fail to comply with our policies

You will not be able to take off your mask at anytime during your appointment.

If we need to cut around the ears, we will instruct you to hold your mask on your face while the straps are lifted for us to cut around the ears and sideburns.
